The brutal murder of Tyre Nichols by the Memphis police further illustrates the rampant human and civil rights abuses our people face daily, on top of the poverty, unemployment, homelessness and mass imprisonment that affect our entire community.
Tyre is one of thousands of African people murdered by police. We experience this as a community. We demand justice and self-determination as a community! African people can solve all the issues we face as we have done throughout history. We demand an end to the intervention by police, FBI and other state entities who are attacking our ability to build our own self-determination programs!
